Many patients also consider it after surgery or having a baby. Q: What is an AccentXL treatment like? A: During the procedure the Accent system is set to precisely heat the tissue just within the dermis. Depending on the size of the treated area, a treatment may take up to 45 minutes. Following each treatment, the patient can immediately resume all routine activities. There may be slight redness, which should disappear in less than 24 hours.
